Role: Mechanical Design Build

Design Build construction of water source heat pumps system to serve (3) story 40,000 SF mixed use worship / classroom / cafeteria / administrative office facility. Services included:

  • Pool dehumidification system to serve 2.5 story 6,000 SF indoor pool facility.
  • 25 Ton package units with demand ventilation control.
  • HVACR, acoustic, chilled water piping, hot water piping, gas systems and refrigerant piping, dehumidification, DDC controls, insulation, systems commissioning.
  • Metasys DDC control system.
