Type : Cement Plant Process Cooling Design Build Installation
Design build construction of open and closed loop hydronic process cooling serving rotary kiln process and related supporting equipment. Work included engineering, cooling tower installation, filtration, piping, PHE, filtration, pumps, controls and commissioning. Revisions to hydronic systems allowed for partial system isolation during maintenance activities without total system shutdown. Water treatment recommendations included filtration and systems to minimize tower water use and existing plant greywater use. Work sequence was staged to minimize impact on plant operations
