Paint Booth Make up Air Handler Refurbishment

Complete retrofit of 4 Make up Air Handlers serving paint booth for aerospacemanufacturing process. Project was performed during plant shutdown. Work included:

  • Demolition and hazardous abatement
  • Specialized access and rigging
  • Install new steam supply and condensate piping, valves, and fittings
  • Steam coil replacement and reconfiguration to allow for improved maintenance and efficiency
  • Remove and replace external face by-pass headers with vertical integral face and by-pass coils
  • Install new vertical integral face by-pass (VIFB) heating coil units
  • Sheet metal and casing fabrication and replacement
  • Controls
  • Retro commissioning
