Upgrade (5) 25 year old 100-50 HP variable pitch Wood Varofoil Vane-axial fans to fixed pitch variable frequency drive control. Project included:
Replacement of 54,000 CFM hot deck coil banks and 148,000 CFM cold deck coil banks including new stainless steel drain pans (cold deck), isolation and balance valves, drains and vents
Upgrade pneumatic operated hydronic control valves to direct digital control
Work included temporary mechanical partitioning to minimize interruption of building usage
Engineered access systems to facilitate access though building envelope
Motor and fan assembly testing and refurbishment including windings, stators, housings, penetrant testing and coatings. Functional testing and re-commissioning were performed upon project completion.
